Summary: The Quality Care TOC Coordinator is responsible for facilitating
transitional/post-acute care for patients by scheduling and assisting in a
timely, high quality, and efficient manner. The coordinator will work directly
with our patient population and their families, physicians, clinicians and other
medical personnel.

Education: High School Diploma. Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equ
Summary: The Training Specialist is responsible for assisting with EMR training
and ongoing medical office competency education and verification for both
administrative and medical assistant clinical staff in the office setting to
ensure compliance and best practices. The Training Specialist works with
administration, operations, physicians, and directors to develop procedures,
materials, and implement training to ensure competency as well as clinical and
administrative excellence at Ce
Education/Certification:
High school diploma or equivalent, required.
Registered MA, Certified MA or current LPN, required.
Must possess or be able to obtain CPR certification within 6 months.
Experience:
Prior Medical Assistant experience, preferred.
Prior experience using computer software, preferably electronic medical
records.
