SUMMARY:
This position is located in the Community Health Services with the Oklahoma
City-County Health Department (OCCHD). The employee is primarily responsible
for scheduling appointments; preparing client forms and records; entering client
information into the PHOCIS program; preparing, retrieving, maintaining, and
filing medical records on clients; and operating a cash register to collect fees
from OCCHD clients. Also, the employee may be assigned to work the

SUMMARY:
This position is located in the Operations Division of the Oklahoma City-County
Health Department and is under the supervision of the Facilities Supervisor.
