Summary: The Clinical Laboratory Supervisor is responsible for supervising
day-to-day administrative and technical operations, providing training to
laboratory testing personnel, and maintaining records in accordance with
regulatory agencies for all CPC clinical laboratories. Work also includes
evaluation of employee performance and conduct. Initiates and implements
corrective action programs to correct operational and employee deficiencies.

Summary: The Senior Billing Specialist is responsible for assisting the Billing
Manager and Billing Specialists as well as insurance and patient related issues
as discussed below.

Education: Minimum High School Diploma.

Essential Job Functions:
Perform posting of incoming insurance and payments in a timely manner
Assist with maintenance of all reimbursement to remain current
Assist Billing Manager to keep account aging as current as possible
Print insurance payment deposit slips to ensure finance receives the correct
information regarding payments
Maintain patient confidentiality at all times; adheres to all HIPP
