Summary: To assist servers in expediting service to the guest, serve food from
the kitchen in a timely manner, clean and reset tables, stock stations, and
cross-train as a Line Runner.

1. Clean and set tables in proper manner.
2. Set butter trays as required.
3. Replenish all non-alcoholic beverages when needed.
