SUMMARY:
This position is located in the Operations Division within the Oklahoma
City-County Health Department. The employee is primarily responsible for
scheduling appointments; preparing client forms and records; entering client
information into the PHOCIS program; preparing, retrieving, maintaining, and
filing medical records on clients; and collecting fees from OCCHD
clients. Also, the employee may be assigned to work the front reception area to
greet clients and

facilitate communication between staff and Spanish speaking clients who do not
