PURPOSE OF THE CLASSIFICATION:
Performs a variety of unskilled and semiskilled tasks and is engaged in the
maintenance and repair of City facilities, including the water distribution
systems, streets and sewers; generally, but not limited to the operation of
trucks and medium sized equipment.

construction equipment.
