Access to Care Specialist

DEFINITION: This is a call center position working with clients and other office staff.  Primary assignments include answering calls, scheduling and checking in clients for appointments, and entering demographic information into the EHR system.  This position works for Carastar Health's Call Center, 988 Lifeline Call Center, or the Access to Care Call Center which covers a region beyond the agency.  Cross-training and ability to rotate across locations is
