THIS IS AN OVERNIGHT POSTISTION!
Summary: Wash and clean all cookware (pots and pans), dishes, utensils and
kitchen areas in accordance with Big Cedar standards. Prep work for culinary
department such as but not limited to peeling, dicing, chopping, assembly
finished product.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other related
duties may be assigned as needed by the Executive Steward.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Staff Accountant – General Accounting position
is responsible for assisting with the accurate and timely recording of
accounting transactions for the Company’s Hospitality division, for
analyzing accounting data and preparing reports for management, for processing
weekly hourly associate payroll, and for preparing month-end journal entries and
general ledger account reconciliations.
