- Handle change orders, risks, and ensure all documentation is up to date.
- Lead site walkthroughs and identify any potential issues.
- Design and document technical solutions (harnesses, brackets, installation practices) for systems like AV, access control, PA, CCTV, and vehicle-based technologies.
- Conduct performance reviews on-site to ensure everything meets expectations.
- Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to resolve any issues and clarify project scope.
- Assist with proposals, RFPs, and submissions for new work.

- Strong knowledge of smart systems and building technologies: structured cabling, AV, access control, CCTV, RTLS, integration platforms, and more.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Accubid, AutoCAD, or other design tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
