Receiving Inspector

The Receiving Inspector inspects and evaluates incoming materials to ensure they conform to required specifications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Inspects incoming materials and parts from Suppliers to ensure they confirm to specifications
• Maintains and documents incoming materials and parts from Suppliers
• Performs other tasks as assigned by Supervisor

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Excellent computer skills
• Acute dexterity of fingers and hands to inspect parts
• Keen attention to detail and quality
• Excellent vision (or corrected vision) to inspect small parts
• Ability to bend, stoop and reach
• Ability to stand and walk
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, occasionally
