Job Summary

The Off-Lease Specialist is responsible for collaborating with our customer service centers, sales team, and our leasing partners. This person will process and administer the off-lease process in a timely fashion through proactive communication. The ideal candidate is detail oriented and provides exceptional customer service at every point of contact and collaborates on time-sensitive material with Toyota Commercial Finance (TCF).

 

General Duties and Responsibilities

• Learn and maintain an understanding of leasing opportunities, end of lease opportunities, early buyouts, off-lease damage billing, OT billing
• Partner with Toyota Industries Commercial Finance (TICF) and other leasing companies to ground and purchase off lease equipment and process internally
• Work with the leasing companies and manager to quickly remove non-purchased off-lease the equipment from our facilities
• Promote ProLift Toyota Material Handling's philosophies, vision, strategies and value of "Doing the Right Thing"; Promote the TLM "Toyota Lean Management" philosophy

Educational/Job Requirements

The ideal candidate for the Off-Lease Specialist will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, have a high level of organization and display efficiency in Microsoft products such as Word, Outlook, and Excel. The Off-Lease Specialist communicates to associates, customers, and managers, which requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and uphold excellent attention to detail. The ideal candidate will protect the organization's values by maintaining confidential information utilizing their ability to handle sensitive information.
