About the Role

As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our team under the general direction of the Operations Supervisor. This nonexempt position involves various HR-related duties focused on recruitment, onboarding, internal communication, discipline, policy dissemination, and employment compliance.

What You Will Do

• Recruit, interview, and select care providers while ensuring compliance with employment obligations.
• Assist with care provider orientations and conduct timely exit interviews.
• Coordinate necessary TB tests and Live Scans for potential and existing care providers.
• Maintain meticulous personnel files and process personnel changes accurately and promptly.
• Review and audit care providers' timecards, ensuring accuracy and addressing discrepancies.
• Distribute essential information regarding benefits and maintain effective communication with care providers.
• Support in other administrative areas as needed.
• Assist in conducting CPR/First Aid classes and participate in recruitment events.
• Help with workers’ compensation issues and maintain confidential files.

What You Need

• High school diploma (or equivalent) plus an Associate's degree in human resources or a related field (or relevant experience).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of HR experience with knowledge of employment law.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and cloud-based e-signature solutions.
