Job Summary: The Billing Supervisor assists in overseeing the billing functions to ensure that billing of services provided by the company is completed accurately and on time. The Billing Supervisor will provide work direction and feedback to staff. Additionally, the Billing Supervisor will also manage the processing of billing consistent with company policies and County/State regulations.

Qualifications and Other Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred, but not required
- Minimum of 1 year of office experience
- Previous supervision experience preferred, but not required
- Proven ability to meet daily and/or weekly performance goals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong time management skills with the ability to set priorities and goals
- Experience working both in a team and independently
- Bilingual Spanish a plus!
Physical Requirements of the Role:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time up to 90% of the work day working on a computer/electronic device.
- Occasionally moving and/or lifting objects at work weighing up to 20 pounds such as files or copy paper.
- The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

Compensation: Full-time hourly non-exempt $23 per hour
Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm Must Be Willing To Work Overtime As Needed. This position is in office.
