Executive Housekeeper and Personal Assistant

An executive couple in Naples, Florida, is seeking an Executive Housekeeper/Personal Assistant to support their busy lifestyle. The role will involve managing household tasks and cleaning. This position will require travel, especially during the couple's frequent trips from May to November. It is a key position in a well-established household, offering flexibility and the opportunity to accompany the family on their travels.

The family currently employs a dedicated Chef, who has been with them for ten years, and a full-time Housekeeper (working five days a week) responsible for heavy cleaning tasks. This is a unique opportunity to join a close-knit household, offering flexibility and the chance to work with a well-established family.

 

Responsibilities:

Candidates will have a solid understanding of technology, and strong administrative skills as either of the principals might need a letter drafted or scanned after their office has closed. The ideal candidate will be happy to do light housekeeping as needed and know how to set a table and serve a formal meal. A strong life skill set is required, meaning it is necessary for candidates to possess the ability to figure things out independently. They would like to find someone who has an eye for detail and who has experience dealing with fine furnishings and couture clothing. (Handling/packing of couture clothing is required.) For someone who enjoys travel, this could be a very special opportunity. They are seeking honest, happy, discreet and private individuals.

 

Qualifications:

Previous experience working in luxury hospitality, fine homes, private clubs, yachts or airlines is a must.

 

Schedule:

Full-time, generally with 2 consecutive days off per week

 

Compensation:

The couple is prepared to offer $90K - $150K annual compensation based on experience, plus bonus, paid vacation, and health insurance.
