How You'll Help Us Connect the World:

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Order Management Analyst with deep expertise in SAP Sales modules and third party products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP and non-SAP solutions within dynamic and fast-paced environments. Additionally, the role will include enabling GENAI technologies across SAP and non-SAP technologies. This role is being hired for the Andrew business unit. This role will be based out of Goa or Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implementation & Configuration:
   • Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP SD modules.
   • Ensure SAP SD and non-SAP SCM products align with Andrew processes and overall business strategy.
   • Work closely with business to look for opportunities to enable GENAI technologies.
2. System Integration & Enhancement:
   • Integrate SAP SD with other SAP modules to enable seamless data flow.
   • Manage system upgrades, enhancements, and patches within the SAP environment.
3. Process Optimization:
   • Collaborate with SD teams to identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
   • Develop and implement best practices for Sales areas.
   • Reduce existing areas of customizations and make arguments to adopt standard processes.
4. Support & Troubleshooting:
   • Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for Sales related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to production operations.
   • Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, business processes, and system changes.
5. Project Implementation:
   • Work across teams in implementing SAP-related projects and coordination with cross-functional business and IT teams.
   • Work according to project timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
   • Align Sales configurations with broader organizational goals in collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Education & Experience:
  • 7+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years with an advanced degree.
  • Proven expertise in SAP Sales configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Multiple full life-cycle SAP implementation experiences.
  • Familiarity with HEC and RISE areas
  • Ability to implement GENAI technologies
  • Ability to create strong relationships with business partners
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of Sales (including non-SAP technology) processes.
  • Familiarity with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP Boltons (such as GTS), Fiori apps etc.
  • Knowledge of SAP integration with supply chain and finance modules
• Additional Skills:
  • Broad knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and production optimization strategies.
