How You'll Help Us Connect the World:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with a passion for creating responsive and interactive user interfaces. This role requires a diverse set of skills and knowledge, ranging from technical expertise to project management and strategic planning. This role will be based out of Goa or Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop web-based applications using ASP.NET MVC, C#, and SQL Server.
• Implement and maintain a Content Management System (CMS) using platforms like CMS and Optimizely CMS/Commerce .
• Develop and manage cloud architecture using Azure DevOps and Azure B2C for identity management.
• Create and manage CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design specifications, and provide updates on development status.
• Perform peer testing, bug fixing, and ensure the quality of the code through unit testing.
• Optimize website performance, responsiveness, and accessibility.
• Implement SEO strategies and use tools like Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to monitor website performance and user engagement.

Requirements:

• Around 10 years of experience in Microsoft Technologies (ASP.NET, MVC with C#, SQL Server).
• Proficiency in front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like AngularJS and React.
• Experience with back-end development using server-side languages such as C# and .NET.
• Hands-on experience with cloud architecture, including PaaS CMS, Azure B2C, and Azure Custom Apps.
• Strong knowledge of version control systems like Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both individually and in a team.
• Knowledge of SEO and analytics tools like SEMRush, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with eCommerce web development and integration with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of caching strategies and Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) for performance optimization.
• Understanding of UX principles to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
