How You'll Help Us Connect the World:
We are seeking an experienced SCM Solution Architect with deep expertise in SAP SCM modules and third party SCM products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP and non-SAP solutions, as well as leading SAP-related projects within dynamic and fast-paced environments. Additionally, the role will include enabling GENAI technologies across SAP and non-SAP technologies. This role is being hired for the Andrew business unit. This role will be based out of Goa or Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation & Configuration:
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP SCM modules.
- Ensure SAP SCM and non-SAP SCM products align with Andrew processes and overall business strategy.
- Work closely with business to look for opportunities to enable GENAI technologies.
- System Integration & Enhancement:
- Integrate SAP SCM with other SAP modules to enable seamless data flow.
- Manage system upgrades, enhancements, and patches within the SAP environment.
- Process Optimization:
- Collaborate with SCM teams to identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Develop and implement best practices for SCM areas.
- Reduce existing areas of customizations and make arguments to adopt standard processes.
- Support & Troubleshooting:
- Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for SCM related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to production operations.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, business processes, and system changes.
- Project Leadership:
- Lead SAP-related projects, including planning, resource allocation, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
- Align SCM configurations with broader organizational goals in collaboration with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Education & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years with an advanced degree.
- Proven expertise in SAP SCM configuration, customization, and integration.
- Multiple full life-cycle SAP implementation experiences.
- Familiarity with HEC and RISE areas
- Ability to lead GENAI technologies
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of SCM (including non-SAP technology) processes.
- Familiarity with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP Boltons (such as TMS and GTS), Fiori apps etc
- Knowledge of SAP integration with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and other production systems.
- Leadership & Project Management:
- Experience leading SAP projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to create strong relationships with business partners.
- Additional Skills:
- Broad knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and production optimization strategies.
