What You’ll Do: 

?? Greet and assist clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism 
?? Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow for optimal efficiency 
?? Educate clients about preventative care and pet health services 
?? Answer phone inquiries, triage patient needs, and provide accurate information 
?? Handle invoices, process payments, and manage cash drawer reconciliation 
?? Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and a solutions-focused mindset
