How You'll Help Us Connect the World:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sr. Manager, Web & AI (Web Applications & Architecture) who will be a part of a team supporting a wide portfolio of internal business web applications, customer-facing external applications, and Gen AI technology. You will be responsible for leading the team with cloud app modernization activities and architecting new applications (including GenAI) to take advantage of cloud capabilities to drive greater value to our business internal and external customers. This role will also be hands-on with creating proof-of-concepts, conducting presentations, and assisting with development activities where necessary. This role will be based out of Goa or Hyderabad.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading a team working on both internal-facing applications and customer-facing external applications.
• Leading the architecture design of new applications in collaboration with developers.
• Ensuring scalable design implementations that focus on code/module/component reuse and covering a larger breadth of implementation needs.
• Staying abreast of changes in the Azure cloud landscape and Microsoft development technologies and bringing those learnings back to the development team through demos and presentations.
• Evaluating emerging technologies against business and IT strategic needs.
• Managing and continuously improving the design and implementation of solution architecture processes and artifacts.
• Providing technical expertise to drive the successful completion of development projects.
• Recommending and leading the implementation of tools and practices associated with team-based software development.
• Occasionally assisting as a developer on key initiatives or troubleshooting critical production issues.
• Knowledge of product management, digital asset management, and CMS at a high level.

• Deep understanding and background building web solutions using Microsoft technologies including C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, JavaScript, SQL Server, SharePoint, Power Platforms, etc.
• Experience architecting solutions in Azure including App Services, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Containers, APIs, Microservices, etc.
• Familiarity with DevOps and particularly with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code.
• Having a basic understanding of PIM 360, EPI server, and Optimizely.
• Understand AI models and frameworks, Azure AI Services, Power Platform, Prompt Flow, Azure AI Studio, and leveraging these for AI development.
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues when needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• BE or BS Degree in one of the following subject areas: Computer Science, Information Technology, or related experience preferred.
• 15+ years of hands-on design and implementation of business solutions supported by IT.
• 3+ years of cloud development experience.
• 2+ years of leading migration of applications from on-prem to native cloud architecture.
• Solution architecture experience.
• Azure certifications (nice to have).
• Managing and leading teams of 8-10 resources.
