How You'll Help Us Connect the World:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager for our Base Station Antenna Manufacturing Business to join our dynamic team at our Goa site. As a leader in the antenna manufacturing industry, you will oversee the quality assurance processes for our base station products and ensure the highest standards of quality are maintained throughout the production process.

 

You Will Make an Impact By:

• Lead the quality management team to ensure production meets rigorous quality standards.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols.
• Analyze product specifications and technical requirements to identify any potential risks or issues in manufacturing.
• Conduct thorough inspections and audits on the manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve quality-related problems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

 

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

• Over 15 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in base station antenna manufacturing or RF Manufacturing product industry.
• Engineering Degree in RF/Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical field.
• Proven track record of leading teams and managing quality control functions.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality management systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Six Sigma Black Belt is preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
