Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. The SDR will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying and qualifying potential customers, setting up meetings, and supporting the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including social media, email, and phone.
- Lead Qualification: Engage with prospects to understand their needs, qualify leads, and determine their fit for our solutions.
- Outreach: Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate interest and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and provide support throughout the sales process.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to effectively position our solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
