THE DAY-TO-DAY

As a B2B sales rep, you will work outside of an office setting, in the field, with a high degree of autonomy & independence.

This is primarily a new client acquisition role, focusing on establishing & growing your local book of business.  We train you to quickly become an expert at working with small to medium-sized businesses and self-employed business owners

You'll also receive extensive training on our proprietary CRM to help you organize your daily schedule and simplify prospecting and follow up.

Within your first 30 days you'll become proficient at prospecting, appointments and follow up, setting up group enrollments, closing sales, and generating referrals.

Longer term (1 year and beyond) you will shift your business focus from client acquisition to reservicing existing clients and referral-based business.
