Inside Sales Associate

This position will be responsible for customer service as well as being a backup for warehouse operations. This associate will answer phone calls and customer inquiries to provide timely and accurate updates on orders and quotes, as needed. This position includes office duties such as completing paperwork, order entry, filing, faxing and other office work as requested. Warehouse duties involved in this position include verifying and recording the quantity and condition of incoming and outgoing material, as well as all related paperwork and documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Entering and tracking orders.
• Support sales team with quotes. 
• Prepare material for third party shipping.
• Unload, count, and stock incoming materials.
• Count material for inventory control.
• Warehouse Support.

Qualifications:

• One year of clerical experience, preferred.
• Previous experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment, preferred.
