Anderson Trucking Service (ATS) is hosting a Summer 2025 Accounting/Finance Internship at our St. Cloud, Minnesota office.
The Accounting/Finance is a rotational Internship and will spend time working in the different functions that fall under the financial operations of the organization. During the time within each department, the intern will gain an understanding in the area and assist in executing on departmental tasks.
What does it take to be successful?
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s (BA/BS) program from an accredited four-year college or university, in accounting or related discipline. Preferably at a Junior or Senior level.
- A firm understanding of accounting and financial analysis principles.
- Willingness to ask questions in order to better understand the processes in place.
- Fluent in the use of Microsoft Excel.
- Attention to detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
What is a typical day?
- Utilize standard spreadsheet and database software or an accounting applications package designed for general accounting.
- Gain an understanding of each department assigned within the organization to execute on assigned tasks in each area.
- Review, investigate, and correct errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports.
- Provide special project assistance where needed throughout the entire financial operations group.

Hours: M-F, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. hour and not eligible for remote work
Compensation & Benefits:
- The anticipated hourly pay range for this position is between $18.00 - $20.00. Hourly pay rate offered is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic location as compared to others doing substantially similar work. In addition to the hourly rate of pay, employees may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which can vary depending on individual and/or company performance.
