Associate Wealth Advisor - Kraft Asset Management, LLC
Kraft Asset Management, LLC (KAM) is an established and growing independent Registered Investment Advisory firm focused on financial planning and discretionary asset management for high-net worth individuals and business owners and fiduciary advisory services for employer retirement plans. This is a valued professional position working closely with an accomplished Wealth Advisor.
Responsibilities
- Participate alongside Wealth Advisor (WA) in meetings with prospects, new and existing clients
- Assist WA with meeting preparation and materials, meeting notes, facilitate follow-up tasks
- Create financial plans, develop recommendations, design investment strategies and Investment Policy Statements in collaboration with WA
- Place trades to implement the investment strategy, monitor and rebalance portfolios, tax loss harvest, manage cash flows to meet withdrawal needs, RMD's, and client requests
- Proactively service clients, respond to client requests/questions
- Develop strong relationships and rapport with clients
- Work in tandem with accounting and legal professionals as appropriate
- Assist WA in providing ERISA 3(21) fiduciary advisory services to employer retirement plans and participants
- Assist in developing and refining processes and systems in collaboration with team members
- Assist with special projects as required, including marketing initiatives, client seminars, and other firm events
- Involvement in professional organizations and participation in community service events
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- 3+ years of relevant experience in the financial services industry
- Series 65 license or attainment within 90 days
- CFP® designation or progress towards the CFP® preferred
- Self-motivated with a passion for helping clients achieve their goals and a desire to strengthen alliance partnerships to facilitate this work
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and computer skills
- Adaptable, friendly, and possess a team-oriented spirit
- Experience working with MoneyGuide, Redtail, Orion, Fidelity and Charles Schwab Institutional Custodian platforms are a plus
