Associate Wealth Advisor - Kraft Asset Management, LLC

 

Kraft Asset Management, LLC (KAM) is an established and growing independent Registered Investment Advisory firm focused on financial planning and discretionary asset management for high-net worth individuals and business owners and fiduciary advisory services for employer retirement plans. This is a valued professional position working closely with an accomplished Wealth Advisor.

Responsibilities

  • Participate alongside Wealth Advisor (WA) in meetings with prospects, new and existing clients
  • Assist WA with meeting preparation and materials, meeting notes, facilitate follow-up tasks
  • Create financial plans, develop recommendations, design investment strategies and Investment Policy Statements in collaboration with WA
  • Place trades to implement the investment strategy, monitor and rebalance portfolios, tax loss harvest, manage cash flows to meet withdrawal needs, RMD's, and client requests
  • Proactively service clients, respond to client requests/questions
  • Develop strong relationships and rapport with clients
  • Work in tandem with accounting and legal professionals as appropriate
  • Assist WA in providing ERISA 3(21) fiduciary advisory services to employer retirement plans and participants
  • Assist in developing and refining processes and systems in collaboration with team members
  • Assist with special projects as required, including marketing initiatives, client seminars, and other firm events
  • Involvement in professional organizations and participation in community service events

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in the financial services industry
  • Series 65 license or attainment within 90 days
  • CFP® designation or progress towards the CFP® preferred
  • Self-motivated with a passion for helping clients achieve their goals and a desire to strengthen alliance partnerships to facilitate this work
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and computer skills
  • Adaptable, friendly, and possess a team-oriented spirit
  • Experience working with MoneyGuide, Redtail, Orion, Fidelity and Charles Schwab Institutional Custodian platforms are a plus
