Southeastern Equipment is searching for a PURCHASING SPECIALIST to create efficiencies in purchasing. This role is located in New Albany, Ohio and is a full time onsite role with minimal travel.

Primary Responsibility Summary:
The Purchasing Specialist has a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our procurement processes and inventory management for a multi-location heavy equipment dealership. Primary responsibilities include purchasing whole goods & attachments to support Sales team activity and managing inventory specifications. Duties also involve advising the Sales team on lead times from vendors for special orders, recommending stock levels, supporting long-term inventory planning, and conducting machine searches from other dealers. This position will also lead special projects and build MS Excel tools as needed.

2 or 4 year college degree required
