Machine Operator 1st Shift

The Machine Operator runs the dryer sheet manufacturing equipment that includes unwinds, coaters, folders, slitters, and a cartoner.  This role operates machines that fold both non-woven and paper material and troubleshoots any mechanical issues that occur.  

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures daily production is meeting schedule requirements.
  • Checks incoming material for quality and quantity.
  • Safely operates equipment and adheres to safety rules.
  • Performs inspections and quality checks specific to the area.
  • Operates forklift to move raw materials and unfinished goods.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years machine operating experience, required.
  • Operating experience in converting environment, preferred.
  • Experience utilizing electronic control panels, preferred.
