Concession Supervisor

We're looking for a driven professional to oversee our concessions operations, ensuring top-notch guest experiences,

MINIMUM REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND TRAINING
A High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
Graduation from a college, university, or institution of higher learning regionally accredited through the U.S. Department of Education with a Bachelor's Degree in
  Hospitality Management or similar field is required.
       *Directly related experience, as determined by the Department Director, of four (4) or more years of full-time employment in Hospitality Management or a similar role
        may be substituted for formal education or training.   
Three (3) years of fast-paced hospitality, kitchen, or restaurant/concession experience is required.
Must possess or obtain a State Food Safety Food Handler certificate within 30 days of employment and be maintained as current throughout employment.
Additional licenses or certifications may be required for this position.
 
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND TRAINING
One (1) year experience as a supervisor in a fast-paced hospitality, kitchen, or restaurant/concession environment is preferred. 
 
MISCELLANEOUS REQUIREMENTS
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be highly engaged in the department's goals and be able to work cooperatively with City of Branson leadership in achieving those goals.
Must demonstrate excellent customer service to the department's internal or external customers. 
Must possess a valid driver's license and must be insurable under the City of Branson's motor vehicle coverage when operating a vehicle as a part of the position. 
Basic math skills required; ability to accurately handle money and count change.
Must possess no felony convictions at any time while employed by the City of Branson.
Tattoos, Scarification, Body Art, and Body Modifications must meet City of Branson Employee Appearance at Work policy.
Must act safely and follow safety standards while at work. 
Must be able to pass a background investigation and drug and alcohol screenings.

 

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:  The starting hourly wage is $21.92 per hour and will increase to $22.79 per hour after 6 months of successful probation.
