Concession Supervisor

We're looking for a driven professional to oversee our concessions operations, ensuring top-notch guest experiences,
safe food practices, and smooth day-to-day management. If you're ready to tackle challenges, lead a dynamic team,

MINIMUM REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND TRAINING
• A High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Graduation from a college, university, or institution of higher learning regionally accredited through the U.S. Department of Education with a Bachelor's Degree in
Hospitality Management or similar field is required.
*Directly related experience, as determined by the Department Director, of four (4) or more years of full-time employment in Hospitality Management or a similar role
may be substituted for formal education or training.
• Three (3) years of fast-paced hospitality, kitchen, or restaurant/concession experience is required.
• Must possess or obtain a State Food Safety Food Handler certificate within 30 days of employment and be maintained as current throughout employment.
• Additional licenses or certifications may be required for this position.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND TRAINING
• One (1) year experience as a supervisor in a fast-paced hospitality, kitchen, or restaurant/concession environment is preferred.
MISCELLANEOUS REQUIREMENTS
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be highly engaged in the department's goals and be able to work cooperatively with City of Branson leadership in achieving those goals.
• Must demonstrate excellent customer service to the department's internal or external customers.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and must be insurable under the City of Branson's motor vehicle coverage when operating a vehicle as a part of the position.
• Basic math skills required; ability to accurately handle money and count change.
• Must possess no felony convictions at any time while employed by the City of Branson.
• Tattoos, Scarification, Body Art, and Body Modifications must meet City of Branson Employee Appearance at Work policy.
• Must act safely and follow safety standards while at work.
• Must be able to pass a background investigation and drug and alcohol screenings.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: The starting hourly wage is $21.92 per hour and will increase to $22.79 per hour after 6 months of successful probation.
