Overview
Amphenol Corporation is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Support Intern to join our team at World Headquarters. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about technology and eager to develop their skills in a professional environment.

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • First-level tech support, solving problems for users with hardware, software, and network systems. 

  • Help with system updates, device setups and equipment rollouts, printers, password resets and general computer questions. 

  • Document technical issues and solutions. 

  • Maintain inventory and track IT equipment as needed.

  • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth operation of daily tasks.

  • Monitor cybersecurity related tickets. 

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows and provisioning. 

  • Proficient in MacOS 

  • Proficient in iOS and Android operating systems. 

  • Proficient in Office Applications  

  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts. 

  • Printer Troubleshooting experience 

  • Any relevant certifications ---- CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+ , Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Microsoft certifications etc. 

  • Active Directory, Office 365 and Azure Active Directory portal experience. 

  • Helpdesk experience is a plus.
