Project Coordinator
Equix Integrity Southeast provides services to the Water/Wastewater collection systems industry, to both the public and private sectors. Our team of professionals have decades of experience in the Clean & TV, Inspection, Rehabilitation and Cross Bore markets. We have a current opening for a Project Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
- Prepares weekly and monthly reports for a variety of projects
- Create new projects on our network and in our database
- Talking on the telephone to employees and customers
- Tracking various items using Excel
- Process weekly/monthly customer billings
- Filling and preparing documents
- Tracking of projects and permits
- Administrative support
- Create and update tracking spreadsheets for new projects
- Create As-Builts for projects and submit to Project manager for review
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision will be essential.
- Detail-orientated and excellent ability to multi-task
- Excellent written and oral communication as well as organizational skills
- Microsoft Word and Excel experience
