Housekeeper Opportunity in Coconut Grove

We have a Coconut Grove client seeking an experienced Housekeeper to join their domestic team.

 

The successful candidate has a calm personality, keen eye for detail, strong work ethic, and speaks fluent English.

 

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily and deep cleaning tasks following the schedule provided
• Report to the House Manager noting any issues that need attention
• Perform laundry duties including handwashing and ironing
• Wardrobe management including packing and unpacking the family for travel
• Work as a team with the other Housekeepers and team members
• Assist the team with gracious entertaining, serving at the table when needed
• Some travel required to other properties within Miami, FL

 

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working as a Housekeeper in a fine home
• Excellent, verifiable references.
• Exceptional hands-on cleaning and laundry skills are required.
• Self-starter who enjoys their work
• Positive and pleasant personality, gets along easily with others
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

 

Schedule:

This is a full-time, year-round position, generally Monday – Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with the flexibility to work pivot if the principals need coverage for a dinner party or special weekend event.

 

Compensation:

Compensation of $50-$55 per hour offered. Benefits package includes (medical, dental, and vision, 401(k), PTO and sick days, 10 paid holidays, annual discretionary bonus, and fitness reimbursement).
