Your Role:
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you'll be a key player in creating positive experiences for our clients and their pets. Your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming and Assisting Clients: Greet clients and their pets warmly, ensuring they feel comfortable. Document pet histories and services requested with attention to detail.

Efficient Scheduling: Manage client visits, from scheduling appointments to coordinating follow-ups, ensuring a smooth workflow for our veterinary team.

Promote Our Services: Use your knowledge of our offerings to attract new clients and educate existing ones about our services and products.

Customer Care: Address client inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism. Manage cash transactions and handle customer complaints with tact.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 1+ years in veterinary, healthcare, or retail customer service is preferred.

Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in basic computer programs and excellent communication skills are a must.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 lbs. unassisted (50 lbs. with help), and work in varying noise levels.
