Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Quality assurance responsibilities: internal case audits, parent surveys and review of concerns regarding cases.
- Data entry: enter, update and maintain data from various source documents, review for deficiencies or errors
- Review and analyze available reports to ensure the consistent provision of services; provide weekly update to the Program Director
- Regular monitoring of therapist productivity to ensure approved services are provided consistently; communicate any identified concerns to the appropriate Manager or Case Manager.
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise throughout the life of a case.
- Ensure all cases meet state and county regulations
- Provide coverage and/or or assistance to the Preschool Department as needed
- Other duties as assigned by Director

Qualifications and Other Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
- At least 2 year's work experience, preferably in an office setting
- Proven ability to meet daily and/or weekly performance goals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong time management skills with the ability to set priorities and goals
- Experience working both in a team and independently
Physical Requirements of the Role
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time up to 90% of the work day working on a computer/electronic device.
- The ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
- The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

- Compensation: Full-time hourly non-exempt $23 per hour
- Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm Must Be Willing To Work Overtime As Needed. This position is in office.
