Office Administrator
DynaIndustrial is a leading Design, Fabrication, Machining and Repair company who specializes in Steel mill equipment, off shore oil equipment, mining equipment and pipe mill equipment.
DynaIndustrial is looking for an Office Administrator. This position is responsible for an assortment of tasks that support the needs of multiple departments utilizing your good organizational skills, your MS Office computer skills, and your time management skills. The successful applicant will report directly to the Branch Manager and they will be someone that is flexible and willing to assist when needed. Requirements for the position include an excellent attitude, a sense of humour, attention to detail and a commitment to punctuality and good attendance.
Some job duties include tasks such as:
- Creating spreadsheets and documents
- Data entry into our ERP
- Payroll
- Invoicing
- Assist in material tracking
- Filing and scanning of safety documents
- Preparing shipping documents
- Reception duties such as: copying, scanning, filing
Preference will be given to someone who is proficient in Microsoft Office software and has a minimum of 3 years office experience in an Industrial or Manufacturing setting. A Business Administration Degree, Diploma or Certificate would be an asset.
