Head of Human Resources

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Human Resources to lead and oversee all aspects of our global HR Operations. Candidate will ideally be based in Richardson, Texas and must have a proven track record in managing large-scale HR functions in a billion-dollar business environment with 4,000+ employees globally. This role requires strategic thinking and leadership skills to foster a highly positive engaged culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives. Provide guidance and leadership to the HR team to ensure the effective delivery of HR services.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention programs to attract and retain top talent. Implement succession planning and career development initiatives.
  • Foster a positive work environment through effective employee engagement initiatives. Address employee concerns and grievances with fairness and consistency.
  • Design and implement performance management systems that drive high performance and align with organizational goals. Provide coaching and support to managers in performance management practices.
  • Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain employees while aligning with the company's financial objectives. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to create an equitable and inclusive workplace. Implement programs that promote diversity awareness and foster an inclusive culture.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations. Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws and implement necessary updates to HR policies and practices.
  • Develop and maintain HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives. Provide regular reports to senior management on HR performance and trends.
  • Lead and support organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and smooth transitions. Provide guidance and support to employees during periods of change.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree and HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing HR for a large global organization.
