Job Summary

The Warehouse Solutions Sales Coordinator is responsible for working directly with our sales team through proactive communication on processing sales orders. The Warehouse Solutions Sales Coordinator will handle customer inquiries, ensuring the customer is routed to the appropriate Sales Consultant and/or Service Team Member.

 

General Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work with the Sales Team to process orders and support all business need
  • Handle customer inquiries, ensuring the customer is routed to the appropriate Sales Representative and/or Service Team member
  • Generate monthly commission reports for assigned Sales Representatives
  • Maintain accurate reporting of equipment backlog, gross profit worksheets and other reports
  • Promote ProLift Toyota Material Handling's values, mission and purpose of "Helping People Carry the Load" to ensure we are customers', vendors' and associates' "Indispensable Partner".

 

Educational/Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, strong attention to detail and display efficiency in Microsoft products such as Word, Outlook, and Excel. The Warehouse Solutions Sales Coordinator communicates to associates, customers, and sales consultants, which requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate will protect the organization's values by maintaining confidential information utilizing their ability to handle sensitive information.
