Dessert Holdings is looking for a Business Transformation Deployment Lead to drive step-change in our manufacturing operations and business processes to achieve strategic business objectives. Working under the Director of Business Transformation, this individual will lead the deployment of Dessert Holdings Manufacturing Operating System (MOS) across the plant network, as well as support other strategic initiatives. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that will require deep expertise in manufacturing and TPM/Lean concepts and deployment. This individual will work in a highly autonomous environment, collaborating with, influencing, and coaching a wide range of stakeholders to deliver best-in-class financial and business results.
Expected travel is at least 80% to support all sites across the US and Canada, with flexibility in the location and duration of travel.
Expected compensation for this position is in the range of $130,000 - $160,000 per year, based on your experience, skills, and education.
The Day-to-Day:
- Work closely with Director of Business Transformation, Director of Reliability and Maintenance, site leadership, and site cross-functional teams to develop and execute MOS deployment plan at each site and deliver value targets
- Drive daily plan and execution of MOS activities on the site, working hand-in-hand with teams to develop standards, tools, processes, presentations, and other materials
- Be a coach, subject matter expert, and ambassador for TPM/Lean concepts, tools, and processes, with aim to build capability and leadership across all levels and functions
- Deploy Reliability & Maintenance processes and tools, including but not limited to Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), Maintenance Planning & Scheduling (MPS), Defect Handling (DH), Breakdown Elimination (BDE), and general technical coaching and development for maintenance and operations team
- Develop materials for and lead training sessions, Kaizens, and weekly/monthly governance meetings
- Act as a consultant to plant teams to identify high-value opportunities, create project plans, quantify value, create standards and tools, and prepare presentations to share status and results
- Drive sense of urgency to achieve MOS targets, working with site and company leadership to develop resourcing plan and timing of deliverables
- Support cross-site governance of MOS deployment and standards, and develop tools and processes to measure and track value and maturity
- Drive cross-functional and enterprise-wide collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Identify and develop SMEs into pillar leads
- Work with site leadership to achieve Safety and Quality targets

- Support the Director of Business Transformation as needed on strategic initiatives across the enterprise
What You Bring to the Team:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3-5 years manufacturing experience or consulting experience, including experience running projects at a large company
- Must be able to travel at least 80% up to 100%
- Business or fluent Spanish language speaking strongly preferred
- Strong analytical, verbal, presentation skills, especially utilizing MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Prior experience deploying or running TPM/Lean manufacturing operating system, which can include: Daily Direction Setting, Centerlines, Clean Inspect Detect, SMED/RCO, maintenance planning, structured problem solving, etc.
- Consultative skillset: able to influence decision making, clear and persuasive communicator and presenter, interact with all levels of the business from working teams to senior leaders
- Track record of leading implementations that are sustainable by the local team and continue to provide value after the initial deployment is completed
