Parts Reclamation Manager
Position Summary:
Responsible for the day-to-day functions and operations of Loffler’s Imaging parts reclamation program. Monitors daily parts usage and machine usage reports to grow the program with equipment purchases and targeted parts pull processes. Works with Loffler warehouse and Imaging Service Managers best practices regarding shipping, parts returns, and needed documentation for all warranty and parts reclamation work.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Monitoring Parts Reports:
- Monitors daily parts usage
- Communicate with other managers about missed parts opportunities
- Monitors RMA records to make sure all parts are returned in a timely manner from warranty work
- Works with our vendors and internal reporting to insure Loffler is capitalizing on all offerings
Warehouse Duties:
- Monitors reclamation warehouse levels and maintains appropriate stocking levels
- Works with imaging analyst and purchasing on equipment needs
- Analyzes trend reports to minimize obsolescence
General Duties:
- Assists as needed with other Service functions
- Keeps record of accomplishment as compared to the established and agreed upon goals, in concert with the goals established by the Department Manager.
- Participates in physical inventory counting of reclamation warehouse
- Maintains complete and accurate files for areas of responsibilities.
- Helps strip machines down when needed
- Contributes to department reports as necessary.
- Initiates and conducts meetings with managers and teams regarding procedural improvements related to parts usage.
- Responsible for understanding, staying updated on, and abiding by the Employee Handbook as written.
Qualifications/Requirements:

- Minimum of four days in office
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
- Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients’ customers and the general public.
- Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages.
Education/Experience:
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience in the Imaging industry
- Minimum of two (2) years in a successful leadership role.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the supervision of all reclamation warehouse employees
- Responsible for understanding, staying updated on, and enforcing the Employee Handbook as written.
