Imaging Analyst/Fleet Administrator

Position Summary

Work with Loffler databases to analyze, report, and automate current and future process within the imaging division. This includes but is not limited to daily KPI’s, warehouse, parts and supplies inventory, fleet, etc. Will also work within our fleet software to monitor Loffler’s fleet of vehicles and work closely with management to make decisions regarding upkeep and replacement of all vehicles.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Fleet Analyst:

  • Ensure fleet availability to meet all requests by scheduling, forecasting, and surveying current user trends.
  • Maintain knowledge and utilize all fleet information and user surveys to forecast new requirements.
  • Arrange fleets and fleet operational staff to provide support and schedule Special Event Planning.
  • Perform vehicle registration, insurance, and documentation regarding induction of new vehicles in existing fleet.
  • Oversee routine and ad hoc maintenance, obtain tags for new vehicles, and renew old ones to ensure schedule fleet management.
  • Monitor and ensure fleet operation in compliance with local, state, and federal rules and regulations.
  • Maintain and monitor data management system to organize fleets as per various schedules and requests.
  • Streamline and monitor fuel purchase system with assistance of Fuel Cards for all vehicles and drivers.
  • Develop and implement standard operational standards to maintain vehicles by advocating best practices in industry.
  • Provide direction to department staff to regulate budget cycle requirements and control budgeting process.
  • Plan, process and execute vehicle purchase and vehicle replacement through efficient settlement.
  • Plan and prepare annual budget, expenditures and analyze all financial objectives using fleet software.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Imaging Analyst:

  • Assist and advise the Service Managers and Technical Trainer of the needs of the Field Service Technicians.
  • Help support the high standards of service performance for the Loffler Business Systems Field Service personnel.
  • Assist the field personnel in understanding and maintaining the high standards of service performance.
  • I.e. through a comprehensive understanding of the bonus numbers.
  • Suggest ways to operate the Service Department in the most cost-effective manner possible.
  • Run all pertinent daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Assist sales reps with service history.
  • Make sure all bonus numbers have been processed at the end of each month as well as processing suspect meters and editing them in E-Automate.
  • Prepare and complete special assignments or reports that may be assigned.
  • Assist in new equipment pricing for sales database
  • Responsible for understanding, staying updated on, and abiding by the Employee Handbook as written.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications/Requirements:        

  • Minimum of two days in office
  • Excellent customer relation skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Good leadership ability.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Proficiency in Power BI workflow
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems

 

 

Education/Experience:

  • Previous experience in office equipment technology.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
