Managed Print Services Supply Specialist
Position Summary:
This position focuses on the automated supply needs for our clients utilizing various software programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
All areas of responsibility listed below are essential to the satisfactory performance of this position, with reasonable accommodation, if necessary. Any non-essential functions are assumed to be included in “other related duties as assigned”:
- Monitor supply needs and process requests using a variety of software programs: Print Vision, Print Audit, Print Anista, Vcare, ImageWare, Kyocera Fleet Services.
- Process new supply requests or quotes in E-Automate for Autoship related customers.
- Processing supply requests from clients on the phone or submitted electronically.
- Receive phone calls from Autoship customers with questions.
- Troubleshoot and respond to emails regarding issues with the program.
- Update instructions for Auto Ship and other software used.
- Establish procedures for automating supply delivery to customers on contract.
- Work with internal and external customers to resolve supply and billing issues.
- Other related duties as assigned, including answering calls for supplies & service requests.
- Back up the Front Desk Coordinators when necessary.
- Responsible for understanding, staying updated on, and abiding by the Employee Handbook as written.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum of two days in office
- Superior customer service skills.
- Strong follow-through skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work as a team with other departments.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Office.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Works well under pressure and achieve deadline while managing multiple tasks.
- Ability to work with detailed information accurately.
- Ability to effectively deal with highly complex, confidential, and sensitive information.
Education/Experience:
- Minimum one year of industry experience in similar field or job duties.
- College degree or past experience preferred.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This job does not have supervisory responsibilities.
