WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a member of the Assembly Department, the Wire Harness Technician will fabricate and troubleshoot electrical assemblies using various electrical hand tools with accuracy and with minimal assistance. Will need to be able to read and interpret engineering documentation and utilize a PC-based application to complete work. Other expectations may include:
- Fabricate, upgrade, and route wire harnesses according to Engineering drawings and specifications
- Perform avionics installations and set up
- Properly use Avionics hand tools and soldering equipment
- Other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
- Experience with Stripping and Crimping
- Experience with Soldering tools and techniques preferred, but not required
- Experience with using electrical hand tools
- Ability to follow electrical schematics preferred, but we provide training
- High level attention to detail.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic problems.
- Reliable and dependable with an excellent attendance and punctuality record.?
