Imaging Help Desk Representative

In this role, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting printer and copier issues, processing supply requests, and providing superior customer service to our clients. You'll also be expected to work with minimal supervision, manage multiple tasks, and achieve deadlines, all while maintaining constant communication with your team lead. Knowledge of Microsoft products and experience with diagnostic tools is a must, and familiarity with Canon, Konica Minolta, Xerox, Lexmark, and Hewlett Packard products is a plus. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

These daily activities include, but aren't limited to:
- Perform basic troubleshooting for printer and copier issues (Canon, Konica Minolta, Xerox, Lexmark, Hewlett Packard), including networking, drivers, and software problems, with a focus on achieving remote resolution. Processing supply requests from clients on the phone or submitted electronically.
- Maintains records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remote remedial actions taken.
- Maintain knowledge base for your team.
- Maintain regular communication with Team Lead.
- Special Projects as assigned.
- Responsible for understanding, staying updated on, and abiding by the Employee Handbook as written.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum of two days in office weekly
- Proficient in Microsoft products with a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software's.
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
- Knowledge/Experience with Mac PC and remote tools.
- Knowledge/Experience with Imageware/Vcare/Remote diagnostic tools.
- Exceptional follow-up and follow-through abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both orally and written.
- Works well under pressure, consistently meets deadlines and efficiently manages multiple tasks.
- Ability to effectively manage highly complex, confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Familiarity with Canon, Konica Minolta, Xerox, Lexmark, Hewlett Packard is favorable but not required.
Education/Experience:
- Minimum two years of industry experience in similar role or with comparable responsibilities.
- Associate's degree in information technology or computer science is preferred but not required.
