Marketing Coordinator

Summary

 

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating tradeshows, events, branding initiatives, and marketing efforts to elevate the company’s brand and drive lead generation. The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, deep tradeshow knowledge, and the ability to lead multiple initiatives with minimal supervision.  This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in our Wallingford, CT office.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Tradeshow & Event Management:
  • Lead the planning and execution of tradeshows, and industry events, from booth design to on-site coordination and post-event follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product management teams to develop event activities and strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Oversee post-event activities, including lead management, ROI reporting, and post-show analysis to optimize future participation.
  • Manage relationships with industry groups by handling company memberships and sponsorships, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Content & Collateral Development:
  • Lead the setup, configuration, and ongoing management of the Product Information Management (PIM) system to centralize product data.
  • Maintain up-to-date product information across all channels by regularly updating pages with descriptions, images, and specifications, and collaborate with product teams to ensure accuracy and alignment with branding guidelines.
  • Manage the development and distribution of marketing collateral, including sales presentations, case studies, and email templates.
  • Assist with the selection, ordering, and inventory management of branded promotional materials such as giveaways, apparel, and signage.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing.  Experience in event management preferred
  • Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills.
  • Willing to travel.
  • Excited and motivated to collaborate with a global team.
  • Eager to learn and adapt to new software and processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, HubSpot, and WordPress required.
  • Experience with PowerBI, Google Analytics, SEM tools is preferred.
