Executive Housekeeper

Our clients are a busy executive couple who are moving to Coconut Grove.

 

We are hiring an Executive Housekeeper who has experience working in a large private residence.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily and deep cleaning tasks, this is a hands-on role
  • Maintain the family’s bedrooms
  • Perform laundry duties including handwashing and pressing
  • Pack and unpack the family for travel
  • Perform daily walkthroughs
  • Manage and work alongside the other Housekeepers
  • Assist the team with gracious entertaining

 

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working as an Executive Housekeeper in a fine home
  • Excellent, verifiable references.
  • Exceptional hands-on cleaning and laundry skills are required.
  • Strong management skills; brings out the best in other staff members
  • Self-starter who enjoys their work
  • Positive and pleasant personality

 

Schedule:

This is a full-time, year-round position, generally five days/week with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.

 

Compensation:

Compensation of $50-$60 per hour offered, plus an annual discretionary bonus. The benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k), 15 days paid time off; 5 sick days, paid holidays.
