We're seeking an experienced, can-do individual to help maintain the pristine condition of our beautiful home and expansive grounds in Jackson, WY. If you love variety and enjoy getting things done, this could be the perfect fit!

From exterior inspections and pest control to fireplace maintenance and setting up outdoor furniture, you'll be taking on a wide range of tasks. You'll also get into the spirit by helping set up the Christmas tree, caring for the cars, and assisting with minor repairs and pet care.

We're looking for an energetic self-starter who is organized, communicates well, and brings a positive attitude to the team. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!

 

Responsibilities:

• Daily inspection of the property – with a clear understanding of the responsibility of the House Manager, because you will provide coverage as needed.
• Maintain property cleanliness including the fireplace, attics, outdoor furniture, gutters, garage, etc.
• Support minor repairs for the home.
• Maintain each vehicle's maintenance, including cleaning, fuel, tires, and routine maintenance.
• Manage household inventory.
• Maintain the outdoor living areas.
• Support the pet care, as requested.

 

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience and expertise in a similar position with verifiable references.
• Hard working: highly meticulous and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Must be flexible, have a positive attitude and pleasant personality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be vaccinated against COVID-19 before the start date; proof of vaccination will be required. Valid medical or religious exemptions will be considered.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without accommodation.

 

Schedule:

The general workweek is Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.

 

Compensation:

This is a full-time, year-round position, compensation is $50.00/hour with housing. Please note, provided housing is not able to accommodate pets.
