We are seeking a skilled and motivated Recruiter to join our team. This position is responsible for various HR functions, with primarily responsibilities for full-cycle recruiting of hourly manufacturing positions. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of recruiting best practices, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leads full cycle recruitment efforts for hourly positions to support business operations ability to maintain proper staffing levels.
  • Manages temporary staffing partners as business needs dictate.
  • Builds strong collaboration with supervisors and crew scheduler in understanding staffing needs.
  • Develop and maintain good employee communications/relations to promote positive teamwork attitudes and overall company retention.
  • Performs data analysis to determine gaps and recommends solutions.
  • Prepare relevant weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
  • Support all internal and external audits related to human resources or payroll.
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations and guidelines as related to human resources and payroll activities.
  • Support the development and implementation of initiatives that create an engaged work force.
  • Provides great customer service to everyone ensuring others get the support required.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years working in Human Resources, preferably with a focus on recruitment
  • 2+ years working in a Manufacturing environment
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Food Manufacturing experience strongly preferred
  • Spanish language skills preferred (fluency not required)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, applicant tracking systems, HRIS, and other related software
  • Effective communicator at all levels to include effective in delivering presentations on routine basis.
