This office services pediatric clients in Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Fayette, Lawrence, Mercer, Washington, and Westmoreland Counties. Training available. - Greensburg | Monday - Sunday | 10:45pm-8:45am
- Irwin | Full Time Nights | 11:00pm - 7:00am
- Jeannette | Tuesday, Friday, Saturday | 10:00pm - 6:30am

Requirements:
- Valid Nursing License
- PPD or Chest X-Ray
- CPR
- Valid Driver's License
Responsibilities:
- Providing one-to-one care in the home
- Taking direction from clinical team and overseeing Registered Nurse
- Following the plan of care
- Following all clinical and office policies
