Dianne's Fine Desserts, a division of Dessert Holdings has an opening for a Material Handler/Water Spider in Le Center, Mn. Hours Mon-Thurs 5pm-3am there is a $3.00 shift diff for 2nd shift as well.

             JOB FUNCTION

                      Water Spider is a dedicated material handler who delivers supplies to and from the production line in order to ensure production flow

                       Essential Duties

• Delivers supplies to and from production lines to ensure they are running to their outmost efficiency and with limited, or no waiting time.
• Coordinates among all departments to ensure smooth product transitions and eliminate downtime, waste and rework.
• Must be able to use equipment (stacker, electric hand jack, forklift) properly.
• Steps in and helps on the line when needed (Bakery, Icing, Packaging)
• Maintains a clean, safe, and sanitary work area.
• Participate in the GFSI/FSSC22000 yearly audit and assist in the development of procedures and corrective actions
• Must adhere to all company policies and procedures. 
• Must be able to complete all JDE transactions related to this position
• Manage cardboard storage and handling in a safe manner

Skills and Abilities 

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-5 years of related experience
• Proven ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
• Use of basic math skills
• Must be able to work independently
• Must have good mechanical abilities
• Must possess basic computer skills
