Administrative Services Coordinator

Position:  Administrative Services Coordinator

Location:  Valley Green, PA

The Amphenol team in Valley Green, PA is looking for an Administrative Services Coordinator. The Administrative Services Coordinator will coordinate schedules, perform administrative tasks and schedule meetings and travel. Ultimately, you will play a key part by supporting our staff and ensuring all daily procedures run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Human Resources, Finance, IT, Engineering and manufacturing with administrative activities as needed
  • Manage mail/overnight delivery services to include sorting incoming mail
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, memos and emails
  • Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings/conferences/interviews along with meal services, as required
  • Schedule travel and expense reports as required to include flights/hotels/car rentals/meetings, etc.
  • Manage monthly Air Bill for travel charges
  • Coordinate employee Passport and Visa requirements to include letters of introduction and invitation
  • Assist with additional administrative projects as needed

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Associates degree with 5+ years current experience in administrative support role at manager level or above
  • Professional and confidential demeanor
  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills and follow-through
  • Ability to handle confidential information, multi-task and show a strong attention to detail
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office - particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook along with the ability to learn other software as the needs exist
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience and ability to utilize various databases
  • Demonstrated ability to professionally communicate with all levels of the organization
