Fun Mountain Lead

POSITION SUMMARY:

To assist all aspects of Big Cedar Lodge Fun Center. Including but not limited to laser tag, bowling, ropes course, and go-cart track other activities. Its primary responsibility is to ensure that the areas it oversees provide our guests with a safe and enjoyable experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • 30%-Assist Fun Mountain Supervisors and Managers in maintaining policies and procedures in area of supervision
  • 25%-Must be capable of participating in all activities including elevated activities and confined spaces
  • 25%-Supervise Fun Center Activities and implement environmentally oriented programs which are safe and fun for all participants
  • 10%-Assist with the implementation of activities for guests throughout all major holidays
  • 10%-Enhance guests experience through activities and programs
  • Will perform other duties as required

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:      

       Minimum Degree Required:  High School Diploma or GED

       Certificate(s) or License(s): One-year certificate from college or technical school

       Experience: or one to two years related experience and /or training
